Our shopping services are available to NDIS participants on self-managed, plan-managed or NDIA-managed plans, as well as privately funded clients with a disability or elderly adults living at home. This service is ideal for anyone wanting safe, supported shopping tailored to their needs.

Creating a shopping list

Helping you plan what’s needed based on your meals, routine and household essentials.

Accompanied shopping

Going with you to local shops, supermarkets or chemists, offering mobility assistance and help with carrying items.

Shopping on your behalf

Completing the shopping independently if you’re unable to attend, then returning items to your home and helping put them away.

Transport assistance

Helping you travel to and from the shops safely, where transport support is included in your care plan.
